Ahh.... peace...

Took a day's leave from work yesterday and basically enjoyed it. Not exactly cos I did anything spectacular to make it special... more so because it was a day when I get to wake up late (around 10 am), did my own thing...

Went to JB yesterday and sort of spent the whole day there... had a nice delicious lunch of Bak Ku Teh at the coffee shop at Lion Hotel... they used to call it Lion City Hotel but guess they are not such a big fan of Singapore anymore, despite the fact that the logo still resembles the Singapore Merlion logo...After lunch, went to Pelangi and watched a movie there. Saw Kingdom of Heaven but it wasn't as good as I had hoped... the trailer sort of oversold the movie and I was rather disappointed by the end of it. And what's with Liam Neeson these days... always taking up roles that die within the first half of the movie (and in this case, less than the first half!!!) There's one good actor whose talent is going to waste.

Sort of went to walk around Giant supermarket after the movies and bought some groceries and stuff.... just like any other ordinary weekend...
